Primary Assignments:
Danielle is chief counsel to the WSU Board of Regents, the President, Provost, Vice Presidents, Executive Budget Director, Athletic Director, and other members of senior staff.  Danielle oversees and directs all legal services for WSU and advises in numerous areas.
After law school, Danielle served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable H. Joseph Coleman at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division I.  She then worked for a Seattle law firm, representing institutions of higher education and health care providers in the areas of employment law and medical malpractice.  Prior to joining the Attorney General's Office in February 2008, Danielle was Senior Associate General Counsel for the University of Idaho.

  


 
SARAH CARPENTER

Sarah began working at the WSU Division of the Attorney General's Office in November 2013.  Since 2003, Sarah has been an active duty and reserve Judge Advocate with the U.S. Air Force, serving in multiple locations worldwide, including three years as general counsel for the hospital at Andrews Air Force Base.  Additionally, Sarah taught law for a year at the U.S. Air Force Academy where she also advised on student affairs matters.

Sherry began working at the WSU Division of the Attorney General's Office in February 2001.  She joined the AGO in 1991 and has worked in the Labor and Industries Division, the Licensing Division, and the Consumer Protection Division.  From 1990-91 she clerked for Judge Ray Munson at Division III of the Court of Appeals.

Adam has been at the WSU Division of the Attorney General's Office since March 2012.  Prior to coming to the Attorney General's Office, Adam was a deputy prosecuting attorney with Walla Walla County for five years where he was responsible for the juvenile and district courts criminal dockets.  Adam was also an instructor at Walla Walla Community College where he taught a criminal law course.

Terry began working at the WSU Division of the Attorney General's Office in August 2013. He joined the AGO in 1990 and has worked in the Social and Health Services Division (1990-2001), and the Education Division (2002-2013).  Prior to coming to the AGO, Terry was a deputy prosecuting attorney and also worked in a private law firm.
